Next bill after changing plan

I changed our internet plan to a cheaper one last Wednesday. There is an upcoming bill payable on the 12th May. Our internet plan has already changed as per request. Will the bill be updated to reflect the new price? I haven’t seen any changes to it and the due day is approaching soon.

Thank you for your post.

As this bill is already out and due tomorrow you won't see a change on this one, however, the next one you'll see a difference with pro-rata from the data you changed the plan.

Wasn’t this bill cycle covering from 25 April to 25 May? If so it should’ve been  charged accordingly as the plan was changed on 6 May. From 6 May to 25 May it should be the new plan. A full charge for the old plan was deducted today.

As the bill was already generated, there was no adjustment as mentioned. 
When the next bill for your May-June period happens, it will be pro-rata to account for the date you changed your plan as well as the payment you've already made.
