Loggong onto the netcomm router.

Received the new router with the AGL NBN account and can't log into it with the user name and password on the sticker.

Netcomm say it is an AGL program issue. 

Any thoughts on how to log onto router in admin mode.

I have similar issue.

Unable to login to the router with the given admin password which is provided in the sticker at the base of the modem.

Tried Ethernet cable from laptop to router. Same issue. Doesn't seem to be AGL helpdesk.
