I signed up to AGL Energy and internet and the promotion was 12 months free Amazon prime, however I’m still yet to receive any information or promo code to activate this. 

Anyone able to assist?

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your code yet. These codes are sent out either via email or sms, typically within 10 business days of your connection being completed. Can you please confirm for me that you are successfully surfing the net and it has been longer than 10 business days with still no code?

I signed up to AGL internet this year and was supposed to receive 12 months free Amazon Prime. I am yet to receive anything about this from AGL
