Agl internet issue

Hi, I have just taken new AGL wifi connection. Even after 7 days of set up, internet is not working at all. No replies to emails. Waiting for an hour to talk to support but no luck. Each time they said that it will be resolved in next 24 hour. I am very disappointed and tired.

Hi,

could you locate your wi-fi password at least? It is said to be on the bottom of the modem but I could not find it, if you did find it elsewhere could you give me a tip, I have the same issues with the support queues as you do....
