running out of hot water

We keep running out of hot water so I need to figure out if we have a "booster" which I can see some other people have mentioned the discussion boards or if there's a way to extend heating of hot water for longer periods during the day

On your most recent bill, is there a mention of a 'Controlled Load 1'? If so, you may have the option of upgrading to Controlled Load 2 which'll provide you with more hot water. You can find more information here: During which hours is the 'Controlled Load' switched on?

Yes my invoice does mention controlled load 1 

how do I upgrade to controlled load 2 to get more water?
