Is this a relativley new system, and you are eagerly awaiting it to begin working in your favour ?
Or, is it an existing one that has been performing fine up until a couple of days ago ?
I suspect it is relatively new and it is not yet set up properly between the solar company, the power supplier (your DNSP), and perhaps AGL has to get notice of all that once properly approved and through the initial setting up.
Did you speak to your solar company if it was recently installed ?
