Come on AGL what the heck is happening with you your going downhill fast, my meter was read on the 12/09/24 and I still haven't received my bill a month after the fact, that's terrible the way it's going the next reading will be due, please get yourselves together and start doing your work correctly and in an appropriate time limit you are really letting people down

Hi Angr1, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It's usually a seamless process where once a meter reading is completed a bill get issued. But, in this instance it looks like something has happened out of the ordinary which I want to look further into to resolve your concern. I will send you a private message to get more details.
