Hi,
I checked my AGL app on Sat 31st Dec 2022 and it showed my ‘cost to date’ as being around $172. I then checked my ‘cost to date’ again through the app the following day (1st January 2023) to find it was $210.13. This was the same when I logged in online.
I’m not expert but I’m more than 100% confident we did not use around $40 worth of electricity in one or two days.. can someone please clarify why/how the ‘cost to date’ can jump so significantly overnight?

Welcome to AGL Neighbourhood! We can see changes like this when Demand Charge is added for the previous month or if your usage wasn't loaded and adjustments are made as a result of actual data coming through.
