I'm contacting you in regard to account #. I talked to one of your customer service agents 5 weeks ago about my payment of around AUD 600. She referred me to Energy Australia to help with the due balance and she filled in the form for me. She asked me not to pay anything now until I got a reply from the support people. Until now I didn't get any feedback and the due balance is around 813 now. Can you please update me on this and how I can defer the payment?
