Big Battery

Hi. I reside in Lithgow NSW. There seems to be a big battery being built in Donald Street. A sign at the front suggests AGL is involved. Why was there no community consultation on this project for nearby residents. There seems to be little information available on the web or council websites. Can you provide more information?

I already seen this. This is the only thing you can find on google. I was looking for more information on approvals and community consultation.  Doesn't help. Thanks anyway
