time of use tariff - time changes

Will AGL actually  inform their customers if they change the TOU peak/shoulder/off peak times or adopt the  Ausgrid seasonal times?

We communicate all changes to our customers pricing and/or pricing structures. With respect to Ausgrid seasonal times specifically, this is not a pricing model that we offer to our customers.

My postcode is 5255 our latest solar savers bill has changed to time of use,why is this, we were on single tarriff and CL.Also i can't find any information on what times in the day the various tarrifs operate.
