I received my bill last 23 June and was very surprised on how massive it is! I don’t understand how it came to that because it has never happened before. There was no difference on how we use gas. And the explanation written on the bill was we were undercharged??? How come? We only use it for cooking during the warmer weather. We don’t have any special appliances or any life-support equipments. $1,223.77 is no joke, that is too much. And saying that we were undercharged is also unacceptable. We never had such high energy bill even before.
