Solar Credit Refund

AGL took my solar credit cash after years of accumulating. Compelled a rebate by cheque despite claiming I could opt out. Did the same to a friend. My account is $6000 down. I have no cheque. My account is down and that's stressful. It's lot of money. I had no say or control.. I would have preferred an electronic transfer. Im waiting for my account to be restored. I am convinced this was deliberate. ( By friend is in the same situation). I'm very very dissatisfied.
