Set up after moving to AGL

How long does it take AGL to set up online usage information and have plan details visible in your account? We’ve moved to AGL and can’t much at all after logging in - just a message saying they are setting us up…

It can take a few business days to get confirmation on the account set up. 

If moving both electricity and gas from another retailer, as gas transfers over from the next meter read after the 10 business day cooling off period, depending on what your billing cycle it. It may be some time before the gas account shows up. 

You should receive notice once the account is active.
