Seniors discount

I registered seniors saver account for electiricty and gas. I paid my first bill already. How can I get  my $200 credit?

Just to clarify, is this the credit that was linked to your Senior Savers plan? If this is the case, your credit would already have applied to your first bill after the plan swap. This is showing under 'Credits' section of your bill. If you don't see this on your bill, please let us know and we'll be more than happy to assist you further.

Can I apply for a Commonwealth Seniors discount on electricity please.

Hi Geoff9,

You can check if your concession card is active on your account via the AGL app.

1. Open the AGL App and select 'Account' icon from the bottom right. Then select 'Settings' from the menu options. 

2. Select 'Concessions' from the menu options. This will open up your default internet browser. 

If you do not have an active concession card, you can select 'Start Chat' to have your concession card added.
