QLD Energy Rebate $550 - Should it be showing on my Monthly Bill???

On 3 occasions since July 2024 the amount deposited from my account has not matched what i have been billed.

This has so far totaled $412.50 and i am making the assumption that this is due to the $550 Cost of Living Rebate on electricity bills in Queensland, however these types of things are usually itemised and deducted on the bill itself.

Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out.

You will be able to see the information on your usage charges and the payments you have received for Cost-of-Living Rebates on your bills summary and that will be available on the AGL App as well.
