Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
Hi All,
After exhausting all other options (phone calls, endless amounts of emails etc) we have been unable to get a refund from AGL. Its been over a month now and we are still waiting on a large sum of money to be refunded.
Everyone you speak to says yes we will call you back blah blah and you never hear back.
They are the most frustrating company to deal with
Anyone else been getting the run around from AGL in regards to this matter?

Justin,
AGL are very slow in processing payments and seem to like sending cheques rather than direct deposit.
I would suggest you try contacting them again and if no response then engage the Ombudsman to assist you.
AGL pays us our Credit each year in June but we never see the check till late in July.
