Welcome to Neighbourhood, I trust that your power has been restored by now. As this platform is not monitored 24/7 and AGL is not made aware about planned outages in advance by Distributors in case of future outages you will need to speak to your Distributor for further help. You can also register with them to receive SMS updates directly from them in cases of any future outages that may occur.
