Your Pay on Time discount will appear on the front page of your bill unless you're paying your bill via direct debit, in which case it'll appear on the second page of your bill underneath the "Credits" heading where your concession discount(s) will also appear.
If you're certain that these amounts have not been credited to your account, you'll need to get in touch with our customer service team here.
