Moved to AGL , you can’t read my Smart meter ?

Recently moved from Origin to AGL for electricity

and AGL doesn’t display my usage from my smart meter I was advised have to wait 3 month (first billing period).

very disappointed with this what’s the use of having smart meter if I can’t see my usage ? It was a 3 day delay at max with origin , seriously considering moving back.

is there any work around for this ?

Provided you have a remotely read smart meter, you shouldn't have to wait for your first bill to be generated before you have access to this data. Can I please ask you to send me a quick private message with your account number and address so that I can follow up on this for you?
