Monthly bill charge twice in the bank account.

Hi community,

 

Reference Account no:7036 396 211

I found you have charged monthly bill payments twice to my bank account. So I am requesting AGL to rectify their mistake, and either you have a refund and debit to my account. I have sent email to AGL Energy <agl@energy.agl.com.au>) but there was no reply from their side. Can someone help me?
