Hidden at the bottom of the latest invoice sent via email is the information about payment processing fee increases.

Why is Mastercard higher than any other credit cards?

Some of our fees have changed.
Our payment processing fees are changing for the following payment methods.
The new fees are:

• Mastercard debit card	0.32%
• Visa debit card	0.15%
• Mastercard credit card	0.75%
• Debit and credit card	0.54%
via Australia Post channels
