Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
When I login and search, I can see my account - great! But at the top of the screen it shows my old address and says "being disconnected". It was disconnected in August 2020. When I try to see my supply details it reads "account discontinued". So .... please fix all this rubbish. I live at [removed] and have been here since 10/8/20. I hope I am not paying charges for my old address! I also hope to get access to my new account set up. I want to know that you have all my stuff in order. This is the 21st century. [account no. removed]. No virtual assistance please - it does not function well at all!!
