After being moved to monthly billing without my consent, I've now received a bill for the grand total of 4 days! No explanation as to why. Not only that, the amount I'm to be charged looks to be completely wrong. My solar monitoring system tells me those 4 days were sunny, yet the bill is for more than the whole amount of the previous month. The AGL contact system looks very customer unfriendly. How can I get this error rectified?
