Incorrect electrcity bill

After being moved to monthly billing without my consent, I've now received a bill for the grand total of 4 days! No explanation as to why. Not only that, the amount I'm to be charged looks to be completely wrong. My solar monitoring system tells me those 4 days were sunny, yet the bill is for more than the whole amount of the previous month. The AGL contact system looks very customer unfriendly. How can I get this error rectified?

Still no explanation as to why, but logging into my account made it clearer that the 4 days have just been added to my previous account. I'll now pay the updated account and ignore the earlier one.  Thanks to the info in this forum I've now reverted back to quarterly billing. As others have said, AGL should have made the change to monthly billing opt-in, rather than opt out.
