I want to BPay my account but it is saying that the Customer Reference Number is incorrect.

Hi Brockman6,

Welcome to the AGL Community!

Your customer reference number can be found on the second page of your bill, in the bottom left-hand corner underneath your due date. This number will be between 18-20 digits, and should be used without any spaces between numbers.

Even without spaces the CRN is too long to pay via BPay!!!

Same problem. Cant put the customer number. Paying by card attracts a fee!
