Just to help us look into this further, could you please confirm if there’s any vegetation or obstruction around the meter at the property? Occasionally, when a new meter reader is appointed and the meter is surrounded by vegetation, it can be missed during the visit.
Once we have this information, we’ll be able to follow up more accurately.
