Final Bill

Hi, my tenants are moving out in a few days, the electricity and gas accounts are under my name and usually they will pay me when bills arrive. Now how do I generate a bill for a specific period of time during their stay say from 3rd JULY - 8th OCTOBER to let them pay?

Welcome to AGL Community! 

This can make things a bit complicated, the best way is to get in touch via the AGL app or My Account with the meter readings and we can generate a bill on demand. 

Moving forward, unless there is a specific reason for it, I would recommend having the tenants putting it in their own name to save you the stress, just because if its in your name, the bills are your responsibility regardless of having tenants.
