Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
My electricity meter was upgraded to a digital meter in January. My most recent bill was estimated even though the meter can now supposed be read automatically and notwithstanding that the meter reader went to both next door properties but not mine. I have already submitted a query re the AGL website but no response.
I need to be satisfied that the readings of the old and new meters were done correctly and an explanation as to why my bill was estimated. I am suspicious that there is a big fudge going on.
