My Electricity is $3,649 in credit because it takes so long for AGL to update there payments i paid a outstanding bill TWICE trying to get them to refund me into my smart access account rather then my account I've set up pecifically for my bills to be direct debit or payed from...
This new system they have is absolutely draining...
it's my hard earned money just pay me so I can pay other bills that are now being delayed..
