Change plan - not hard - impossible!

I've been trying via calls, messaging and the app to contact AGL about switching plans but keep getting told they are busy!

I really am at the stage where the bother of switching providers is worthwhile just on principle.

All the buzzwords about customer service and care really aren't worth much at all.
