Cancellation of netflix payment

I have been an AGL client for a number of years. Today Compare Club reviewed my last bill and informed me that I would be better on the AGL Smart Saver account. So I agreed to change plan. But I have now received an email from Netflx saying that AGL is no longer paying my account via my electricity account. Can you please let me know if this is the case and why change of mind when Netflix say it is AGL cancelling.

Hi @aridd 

Thank you for your post, I have gone ahead and removed your account number as this is a public space. 

The Netflix plan and Smart Saver plan are separate plans with different rates and extras, in this case the Smart saver plan does have some lower rates, however, does not include the Netflix subscription. 

I am going to send you a Private Message to discuss further and if you want to change back.
