I recently changed plans but I don’t want to receive bills by email. I want to continue to receive bills by mail and I am having difficulty working out what billing method will apply under my new plan.
Some of our plans default to email billing in an effort to reduce paper waste, however you can update this with our dedicated team through the AGL App or AGL My Account Messaging option.
