Hi, my partner and I have separated. I've moved out and the account is still in my name. How do I transfer the account into her name please? We're still friends so there's no issues with communication.

Welcome to AGL Neighbourhood! So there are no disruptions to supply, best way is to ask your partner to contact us and organise a new account in her name. This will automatically close your account as of the day before. You can find out different ways to contact us here.
