I have been on the phone today to AGL Customer Resolutions and I have been told that my AGL Billing has been blocked by Active Stream. There will be a minimum wait of 10 days. I am very concerned as I really like to see my daily usage. Is this common? I was not even told by anyone of this. I really would like the Bill Blocking removed.

From time to time, our billing team will need to place a hold on your account so they can work with your meter provider and electricity network to have your metering and usage data verified. The hold will stop your online usage data from being updated and any bills scheduled to be issued, once the hold has been lifted then your account will be updated again for you.
