detailed usage is not available ?

Have been trying to get a better break down of usage and cant find an option for less than 1 hour intervals, as I understand the smart meter updates every 15 minutes why dont customers have the same info?

secondly I looked at installing your app and it wont install on Android less than 6, My mobile is a prepaid and the operating systems cant be updated which means I cant use your app, what options do you have for mobile users with less than the latest PHs

Hi drl52,

 

The usage data for residential sites are recorded in half hourly intervals and displays as hourly on My Account and in the App, you can't change this to half hourly sorry. You can download the usage data in half hourly intervals by clicking the below icon in the usage screen via My Account.

If you have an older phone you wont be able to use the app, you still have access to your My Account via a web browser.
