Unable to download electricity bill

Why am I no longer receiving a detailed bill and when trying to download .pdf file it is the previous month's?  I need a detailed account.

Have downloaded my last file again with no errors.

 

docs.fxdms.net is not owned by AGL

 

Are you trying to do this from the APP or from https://myaccount.agl.com.au 

 

If you are trying to do it from a link in an email I would suspect that is spam.

 

Log into your account via the app or the link I have supplied above.

 

I you have a PC / Mac log in to AGL web site at https://www.agl.com.au/  on the top right hand side of the page.

 

Go to billing once you have logged in and download your bill from there.
