Have made numerous attempts to change our plan and end up in a dead end every time. Tried phoning. message kept telling me there could be a delay of up to 5 minutes. After hanging on for 25 minutes I figured I might in yet another dead end. Have been hanging on second time for 26 minutes.........
It will be easier to go to another provider. AGL are obviously either incompetent or not interested in their customers.
