Power Bill past issue due date

Why have I not received my power bill it is now 10 days past the issue date. I also cant review my usage because you have locked the program on the website. I would also appreciate it if you would arrange for me to be able to link up with my inverter via hardwire to my laptop so that I can compare the daily readings between it and your program.
