My Electricity Usage details are blank on your web site. I see in the discussions that many other customers have had this problem, but it seems you have to fix it for each individual. Can you fix mine, please.
In addition, can you tell me where and how to find the energy insights report - I found it useful but I stopped receiving it some months back. Can you reinstate it please.
