Latest bill not available for download in app and website

Received an email to notify me of the latest bill being available. Logged in on the website and used the link "Download your PDF bill" which then downloads the bill for the previous month.
Tried the same in the app, same result, the bill for the previous month is downloaded and the most recent bill is not available.

Thank you for reaching out.

It is unusual if you received notification for a new bill and when you click on the link it's still taking you to the previous one. 

I'm going to send you a Private Message to collect account details so that I can assist further.

Hi there

I have this exact same issue.  When I click "download your PDF bill", it displays the previous one that I have already paid on 9th March 2026.  I'm keen and ready to pay my current bill (now 7 days overdue) - but I want to download and print it first for my records.

Same here, still waiting for latest bill to be in 'billing' do I can pay it. What's going on?

Hi @smarty  and @Riverlandlass 

If you click the download link in your email it should download the most recent bill. 

I'm going to send a Private Message to collect some account information regarding this further.
