Incorrect address shown in AGL online account and app

I have recently moved and had a new account set up for the new address. Both my AGL online account and app show an incorrect address for my new account. I was told that the meter numbers were all verified and correct but so far the address is still wrong and can't get rectified.

Hi, I moved to my new address and the City council has changed the street number since I had the Gas connection from AGL. AGL online account still shows incorrect old address. Please let me know how to update the address in AGL online account?

Dear AGL Team,

I noticed that the connection address on my account of electricity is incorrect. It is currently listed as:

334 Military Road, Vaucluse NSW 2030(this address is my neighbors.)

The correct connection address is:

334A Military Road, Vaucluse NSW 2030 ( this is my address.)

Please update your records accordingly.

I was told that the meter numbers were PRS091600.

Could you please confirm that my account has been updated to the correct address (334A)? Thank you.
