CSV Export function for billing history

Please provide the option to export billing history to an Excel CSV file for further analysis.

You can do this yourself from the website when logged into your account.

Go the the usage page, top right little data icon next to billing period.

Click that and it'll download to downloads file where you can open it up and save or look through etc.
