I recently merged my Gas and electricity account and now can't create a new Login for my App,  can you help me

my old login was under my partners name with my email in order to do the merge we had to cancel that account and start a new one but the app thinks i'm using the old account??

we also recently (2 months ago) installed a solar system with a battery and want to start getting a rebate for the extra power we generate, apparently our solar installers have sent notification of the completion to Ausnet and i think they are supposed to contact you What do i do to start getting a rebate?

Thank you for your question and I apologies for the delay in my response.

If you moved the accounts over to your name from your partners name and trying to set up an online account with the same email it will fail due to the email being linked to the older accoutn still.
