Not receiving velocity points

Since I subscribed for the Gas plan and also linked my existing Electricity plan to Velocity few months back, I only received the 10000 velocity points for the Gas plan 2 months ago, has yet to receive the 3000 points from linking the exixting Electricity plan to Velocity. Please advise when will I receive the 3000 points.

Good lucky buddy been a month for me and they just send me around in circles with no resolution.
