Missing velocity point

Hi, I signed up to AGL on the 2/12/24. There was a Velocity bonus points offer if I signed-up I would receive 5K points. However, I just checked my account and I have never been credited my promised points in my AGL account. And also the sales did not ask my velocity membership number, just wondering how will I receive the points? Please investigate this for me, thank you so much!

It looks like your velocity membership number has not been added to your account. Please send us the private message with your account details, so I can look into it for you.
