Hi I purchased a jb hifi card about 3 hours ago and the money has come out my account but I haven’t received the email so I can use it. I purchased one yesterday and go the email instantly but this one hasn’t. Thanks

Hi @Bron, welcome to the Neighbourhood. If the order was purchased, then the actual getting you the card is done by the retail partner. I'd advise you to get in touch with jb hifi if you haven't received it yet and they'll be able to help you with that!
