$200 welcome credit

The t&c’s for the $200 welcome credit says it applies to Energy Supply, my question is do you still get this after 90 days if your energy supply (your bill) is in credit already?

Hi @Richy 

Any credit that you are due to receive from promotions, will be applied to the account. It doesn't matter if you are already in credit or you have an amount owing. In the case you mention if you are already in credit when the promotional sign-up credit is applied, it will stack on top and go towards future amounts that are due.
