I am a retired Accountant and I have a suggestion to improve the summary of items in AGL bills.
To verify the net balance of one's account requires a little effort.
My suggestion is that the bill Statements be set out in a clear format along accounting lines with separate debit and credit columns similar to business Trading Accounts including b/f and c/f balance's.
