Improved Cus Experience for switching plans

I am grateful you send me emails with better plan offers. When I switch plans however the confirmation email you send me doesn’t recognise this. The email opens with Welcome to AGL, but I have been a customer for more than 10 years. And this email references my connection (which isn’t changing). So my suggestion is the response email to the action on my account should reflect the action.
